"After contacting 10 dealers in and out of state, Jerry had the best deal and that was on a phone call he beat everyone and was firm. Other dealer kept changing the price and after Jerry found out I was in another county (sales tax lower) he said the actual price out the door would be lower. This is the kind of dealer Kawasaki would be proud of. I will be meeting them on Tuesday to complete the deal and will rate them on that meeting. I have three other Kawasaki's and the bike will feel at home. Even the dealer that I got them from could not beat this deal. Good for Tracy MotorSports"

"I moved to Tracy a few months ago. I have always taken my bike to Stockon Moto; a dedicated customer .. but I know, I found new best friends. The guys in the service dept are chill. My first time taking my Katana I needed an oil change. The manager gave me a discount; which I thought was the coolest because I was on a budget. "I ride with Curve Unit and on every Wed. night we try to attend Tracy Motor sport bike night with great food and lots of new faces I go there for the cheapest parts for my bike, mostly tires, and plan on buying a new bike one day from there too. They have everything you need from the water, to the dirt, to the street. The staff there is so great and helpful. "About 2 years ago, in 2008, I was looking for a new ride. I had decided upon a Kawasaki Nomad 1600cc cruiser. I spent some time checking want ads for a used one, but couldn't find the right deal. I called Tracy Motorsports and told them what I was looking for. They called me back the same day, with a deal that was better than ANY I had previously seen. I ended up with an almost brand new 2007 Nomad for $9000. List price was around $13000. This bike was immaculate. The credit department quickly got me approved, and told me that I had "Tier 1 Credit Rating". Financing was seamless, the bike was ready exactly when they told me it would be, and to this day, still runs like a top. I had a fantastic experience with Tracy Motorsports, as I'm sure that any future customer would. I Strongly recommend this store. Sales, financing, and service are all extremely well coordinated. If my Nomad ever wears out, I'll be back at TMS for another ride."

"I live in Tracy and had seen TMS as I was driving by several times. Then I went in just to check it out. The sales people were low key (no used cars salesmen tactics) polite and knowledgable. I saw a bike that called my name (Vulcan 900 custom SE). The sales folks gave me lots of information not just about the bike but about the whole package of financing and service/support. The next day I came in and bought the bike. EVERYBODY from service, financing, parts, sales were very profession and friendly. It was a truely FUN and pleasant experience. I go in for a question or two and they treat me like I am part of the TMS extended family."

"My GSXR 600 needed a little bit of cosmetic work so it took it to them. They are not that expensive, they do not over charge for every part or for labor. But they are reasonable when i went to pick up my bike one week before seca i was 200 dollars short. The mechanic there did give to me my bike. Looked great they did an excellent job with my bike. "I have shopped there several times buying stuff for my kids and had pretty good luck finding what I needed. "I take offense to any negative marks towards TMS, I bought my Kymco Venox 250 motorcycle almost a year ago. I have had regular service on it with out any issues and always had a great experience with service, parts and sales. The staff will work with you on finding the parts you need without hesitation. As for pricing, my Tourmaster full weather jacket and pants, along with my Scorpion summer jacket, they were well price for my expectations and excellent quality. I bought my second bluetooth helmet from TMS and it had an issue with the bluetooth module, they simply exchanged it for the same item with out any hassle. Lastly, the staff has always been helpful and I consider them friends and not just because of how well they treat me. And they have excellent hotdogs on Saturday's, and on bike night Wednesday's which they sponsor out of their desire to help those who love motorcycling. I appreciate them very much and will continue to shop with them! Chistian B."

"About two years ago I first brought my Valkyrie in for service. I was surpirsed by the fantastic attitudes towards customer service. Being that my bike was on the older side and no one would do any work on it. The Service Department took the bike inspected and serviced it without hesitation. Last year I brought it in for a front tire and again for a service and inspection. They went over my bike with great care and knowing that the following week I was leaving on a trip to Yellowstone, Which because of their service I had all the confidence in the world in my bike as I road the 3200 mile trek. This year I again brought in for service and inspection with a replacement of the rear tire. Their inspection indicated that I needed rear brakes, since there are no brake sensors I would have never known this and could have severly damaged my bike or injured myself. Tracy Motorsports Service knows that your safety rides on what they do and they take all necessary steps to ensure your safety. As a firefighter paramedic I have seen to many people go down on motorcycles that were not maintained well. I KNOW I can always ride with confidence that my ride is safe when Tracy Motorsports maintaining my bike. Thank you Jimmy and all the Service and Sales People.
